Before joining CRDSA, Aaron held leadership positions at Roche and Genentech, where he led industry collaborations and data-sharing initiatives.

Aaron has over 20 years of experience in data strategy and governance, technology development, and cross-organization information collaboration. He has worked with global enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and early-stage startups. Aaron played a key role in the development and implementation of TransCelerate BioPharma's data-sharing platform and served as the industry lead for the COVID-19 patient-level data-sharing initiative.
